Possible spill but not from the packaged product but still usable!
+2 Stars: Package arrived before estimated delivery date by one day and was delivered to our doorstep with care.
-1 Star: Not sure if product had spilled onto/into our package as it was being packaged up or what because when I opened the Amazon bubble wrapping, there was a strong scent of the oils. Couldn't tell you which one unfortunately but the product's black packaging was wet with some of the product inside and outside.
-1 Star: The bottles were saturated but all three bottles were sealed shut, no leaking from the foil seals or the bottles themselves. It took a while to wash off the bottles and their labeling was bubbles/rippled due to the saturation of the product.
+1 Star: Needless to say, they smell good, no skin irritation from handling the mess, and are long lasting!
Edit: +1 May 27th - The seller from Lumi reached out today to apologize and offered a refund/exchange if I felt warranted. This alone is amzaing customer service and shows dedication! I still plan on using the product as it wasn't damaged by any fault of their own. Thank you Evan for reaching out and choosing to do what you felt was right!

Seller reached out very quickly and offered a full refund. I appreciate the seller�s quick response and fixing the issue. I give them 5 stars based on the quick and friendly customer service. I probably should have reached out to them initially rather than just leaving a lackluster review.
That said, I�m still not a fan of the scent. But that a personal preference.
